Rule #1: Respect Our Community Members

Please be cool to everyone and treat people in the way you would want to be treated. The laws that apply to your real world community apply in our virtual community. So don’t threaten to harm to someone else or act out in any other anti-social means…I know the feeling of being anonymous embolden certain people, and this sometimes brings out the worst of people but we just don’t like it. We’re asking you to have fun, do some business and help us to create a positive community on the internet.

Know this, if you decide to enter anywhere on ZONECITY you do this with the understanding that we the ZONECITY staff are the judge and jury of our site. We alone decide whether your actions are a violation of our Terms of Use in which will constitutes sanctions, including letters of warnings, termination of your account, deletion of your content, banning of your IPs and other acts of sanctions to prevent further degradation of our site. Don't try to look for loopholes in our policies, just understand them and abide by the spirit of our Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to maintain the quality of our site and if you cannot accept these terms of the empowerment of the ZONECITY staff than you are not given permission to enter the site and should enjoy yourself somewhere else on the internet.

Otherwise, let’s have some fun, do some business and create community where we locals can meet to share ideas.

We Review Reported Abuses.

We review cases of reported abuses of any form of content, including text, pictures and links. We encourage everyone to help us police our ZONECITY community and if there is a violation of our community rules we want to know about it so please report any wrongdoings when you see it. Click on the Report Abuse button and make sure you list the URL so we can find the suspect violation quickly. Give us some details of the suspect violation.

Our Community Rules

No pornography or sexually explicit content is allowed on ZONECITY. Also, be advised that we notify and work with law enforcement upon the discovery of any form child exploitation of any kind. So don’t do it.

No submitted content of illegal acts are allowed. Do not post any content on ZONECITY, including text, pictures or links to anything illegal.

Real violent content is not allowed. Don’t post any content that shows someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated. Don't post it.

ZONECITY is not a shock site. So don’t post any content of beheadings, war footage or other gross stuff if it's intended to shock or disgust people. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed offensive by our personal and professional standards.

Respect copyright. Only submit content that you have made or that you have obtained the rights to use. This means don't upload any content that you didn't make, or use content that someone else owns the copyright to, such as picture, trademark logos, copyrighted text and graphics without the owner’s permission. No hate speech. We encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express unpopular points of view. But we don't permit hate speech which contains slurs or the malicious use of stereotypes intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality. We have no tolerance of any content that promotes any form of terrorists or hate groups. Discussion can be held about socially sensitive nature in intelligent manner without resulting malice intent.

There is zero tolerance policy for predatory behavior which includes real world or virtual world stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from ZONECITY. Safety Tips

Do not ruin our ZONECITY community with BOTS or other technical programs. You greedy BOT guys have ruined other online communities with your selfish acts. You won’t here. We reserve the right to close your account and ban IPs if we just suspect of you trying to exploit our ZONECITY community. We will be vigilant on this issue.

ZONECITY’s staff has the right of empowerment to act to preserve the quality of ZONECITY. If a negative event has arise and is deemed a detriment to ZONECITY site by the ZONECITY staff, the staff has the power to sanction or correct the event, even if circumstance was not written in the Terms of Use.

Other notes: Again, we encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express their points of view. You may not like everything you see. If there is content that offends you on ZONECITY, but it’s deemed it doesn’t violate any of written or expressed rules or the judgment of the ZONECITY staff, we suggest that you ignore it and don’t revisit that area again if it offends you. We encourage you to enjoy other areas of ZONECITY.
